GENESIS warrants its products are free from defects in material and workmanship subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below:
GENESIS will, at its option, either repair or replace any product that proves defective upon inspection by our repair technicians for reason of improper workmanship or materials. Replacement product will be provided by GENESIS on an exchange basis and will be either an identical replacement, or if the original article is no longer available, an equivalent or superior replacement. Under no circumstances will GENESIS be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from defective or non-defective products.
Our warranty does not cover any damage to products which results from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification.
GENESIS distributes its products exclusively through its network of authorized dealers and extends warranty solely to the original purchaser. Any product purchased used or through an unauthorized channel is not subject to warranty coverage.
Duration of Warranty
- Lifetime warranty: All GENESIS branded LED lighting products, subject to the component exclusions below:
- 1-year Warranty: All SPARK branded LED lighting products.
- 180-day warranty: Rechargeable battery packs.
- 90-day warranty: Accessories (holsters, lanyards, clips, buckles, straps, etc.)
- Batteries packaged in or with products are warranted to be functional at the time of sale of the product, or for one year after shipment, whichever occurs first.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To obtain warranty service:
Within one year of purchase:
Return the defective product with the original sales receipt to the point of purchase for a replacement.
More than 1 year after purchase:
Return the defective product with a copy of the original sales slip, freight prepaid and insured, to GENESIS. Contact the GENESIS customer service department (1-877-589-5533) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the shipping address for your region. The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package. The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit.
The foregoing warranty is in lieu of any other warranty or obligation expressed or implied, and no liability is assumed by Genesis Enterprise Inc. except as is expressly stated above.
